Threads and Comments
Public Comments and Private Threads. What's the differenence?
Each entity in the system has built-in comments functionality.
Any user added or assigned to the entity can see comments and add new.
To create an alternative way of communicating with the users, we have threads functionality where users with associated permission can create thread and manually pick assigned users to the entity who will have access to the created thread.
Use this function, for example, if you’d like to discuss internally something that shouldn’t be shared with other assigned users to the entity, i.e. customer or client.
